1. Finality of Sales: All sales are final. GIHP does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. This policy applies to all digital products, online courses, physical training goods, examinations, memberships, and subscriptions.

Course Descriptions and Previews: We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date, and detailed descriptions of our curricula, credit hours, and certification tracks on our website and marketing materials. However, we do not warrant that these descriptions are entirely error-free. Before enrolling, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the course description, prerequisites, syllabus, and any available preview materials.

5. Technical Support: GIHP provides technical support for accessing courses as specified in the respective documentation. Please note that experiencing technical difficulties on your personal device does not constitute grounds for a refund. Support is offered solely at our discretion and is subject to our standard technical terms.

Chargebacks and Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for a GIHP purchase, your access to the educational platform and all course materials will be terminated immediately. You may also be banned from making future purchases. GIHP reserves the right to contest any chargeback and will provide evidence of the transaction and course engagement to the relevant financial authorities.
