    • Termination by User: You may cancel your account at any time. Paid Amounts of are Refundable. However, any active course progress, exam histories, and unissued certificates tied to that account will be permanently forfeited.

11. Services, Pricing, and Availability

    • Service Provision: GIHP offers professional certificate courses. Access to these courses is delivered digitally through the LMS upon validation of payment.
    • Pricing Adjustments: All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. GIHP reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove special offers from time to time.
    • Course Availability: GIHP does not guarantee that all courses will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course content to stay aligned with modern medical guidelines.

12. Orders and Provision of Services

    • Order Acceptance: An order is placed when a User completes the checkout process for single or multiple courses. GIHP’s acceptance of that order occurs when a confirmation email, SMS is sent.
    • LMS Activation: Course access will typically be provisioned instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation or by the time given by GIHP.
    • Certification Conditions: Certificate issuance is strictly conditional upon the User completing all modules and successfully passing the required final examination(s).

13. Cancellation of Orders and Services

    • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the LMS content, all course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been provisioned.
    • Exceptions: If a User mistakenly purchases duplicate items or experiences severe technical faults preventing access to the course material, they must contact GIHP support (email address and Number) within 48 hours of purchase to evaluate eligibility for a manual refund or course credit.
